University something metal piece

    I cannot find this darn thing whatever it is, numbers don't come up on Google.

    Anyone know what this part is for ?

    Here is a pic of one so you get the gist. if you look at the bottom of the horn, you will see a piece similar. They screw into the horn body. If you look at yours, you will see where the wires used to solder on
