Featured Model A Steering Wheel?

Ok, I got one for y'all This 4 spoke steering wheel measures 17 1/8" diameter. The "rubber" turns your hands black when handling. This was sold to me as possibly a Model A steering wheel but I can't verify that. Can anyone steer me in the right direction as to determining the what it fits or possible year?

 

I think you may have to ask some of the steering wheel restoration guys.
I keep finding two notch wheels, not one.

even that wheel , is so much better made....

 

The Flea Market Flippers would make a clock out of it. Or a lamp. I vote for the clock, since any actual alterations to the wheel itself would be minimal.

I thought it might be a John Deere Steering Wheel but not finding anything made like this nor anything that gives a shaft diameter.

The wheel in the link appears to all weld instead of bolted on like mine.
