Help identifying Wood, style, age, etc

    i have never seen anything like this. Would it be for the foot of the bed? Any help on anything on this would be greatly appreciated

    Pic of dovetails please ! Looks like William and Mary ot Jacobean repro ! Keep in mind that the reproductions look nothing like the originals ! Just vague influences !
    Thats where I would use it !

    Yep..... can see the ghosts of the mounting boards on the back.
