Featured Please help ID this American? Pottery vase.

Posting this to help another. The clay colour looks American to me. Dunno the dimensions. Bit of an Art Deco design. Any ideas? Thanks!

I don’t know the dimensions. I also like the shape and colour. One person though it might be Candyware (Candy Ware) by Devon art pottery which has a similar clay colour. The item is in Britain but it sure looked like American pottery to me. BWDIK?

 

The color is rich...& the shape so fluid and sensual....
I'd give it shelf space is a sec....

 

Not anything I have seen. Would not be surprised to find this to be from across the pond.

 

Can't blame you for thinking it might be American. The buff colored clay does point in that direction but, like Brad, I've never seen it before either. It is a lovely piece.

It reminds me of Bauer. It could be an experimental piece? California Pottery?

You’re right! I can see some similarities to Bauer ring ware.
