Featured Please help ID this American? Pottery vase.

    It doesn't look art deco....until it does...& then it does !!! Heehe!!!

    Is it the size of my head....or a peach ?????

    I don’t know the dimensions. I also like the shape and colour. One person though it might be Candyware (Candy Ware) by Devon art pottery which has a similar clay colour. The item is in Britain but it sure looked like American pottery to me. BWDIK?

    The color is rich...& the shape so fluid and sensual....
    I'd give it shelf space is a sec....

    Can't blame you for thinking it might be American. The buff colored clay does point in that direction but, like Brad, I've never seen it before either. It is a lovely piece.

    Hi,
    It reminds me of Bauer. It could be an experimental piece? California Pottery?
    Very nice color and shape.

    You’re right! I can see some similarities to Bauer ring ware.
