Antique Family Photos

As I was going through a box of family photos I came across a couple photos that might be of interest. Feel free to post Family Photos on this thread if you like I will be adding some more as well
Sorry about the Quality, or lack there of, of these first photos I will try to do better next time.

This first photograph is of Old Folsom Prison in California, It was taken by my Maternal Grandfathers Brother who was the Head Electrician during the construction of the prison. I have some really incredible photos of the prison that I will post as I find them.

 

This next Photo is of Old Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco dated "around 1895" My Maternal Great Grandfather was a Ship Captain out of San Francisco who sailed and traded w/ China in the Mid to late 1800s I also have more of the photos he took to post as well.

Yes the Folsom Prison photos I have ARE amazing, the one I posted is of the rock quary, I have others of inside the prison during 4th of July celebration, the prisoners are performing a play and in black face and drag... I have yet to get to that box.....ya know how that goes...lol

 

Great photos. If you decide to sell the prison photos would probably do really well.

 

Beautiful photographs. I love the photos of the everyday lives of people who are no longer here. It's very symbolic.
