Help Identifying this Secretary Desk

Hi, I’m new to this forum and have been searching for this particular Secretary Desk for some time now. My girlfriend had one of these growing up and unfortunately her mother burned it due to a loose leg. Sad I know... I feel like we’ve looked everywhere including small antique dealers in many states, internet, and including the America’s largest antique mall in Verona, Va and still no resolve. We have asked many people about it and we have gotten confused as to what exactly this make and model is. If anyone could shine a little light on this subject we would greatly appreciate the help.

 

Depression era furniture circa 1930. Not a common configuration but there are some out there. Hard to say who made this. Similar probably made by several different companies.

 

Suggest you can scour the North Carolina furniture market for this piece.
