Brass Horses

    It is a Hand Crafted Brass Stature Figure Paper Weight Door Stop
    It is 12 inch Long and 5 inch High
    On the Bottom it says " Solid Brass Made In India"
    Any Idea on it's use or age would be appreciated

    They seem attractive but are hard to tell anything with all the background. :-(

    question.........Any Idea on it's use

    answer............ decoration (something to be brought into one's home and looked at cuz it's pretty)

    It's not a paper weight...or doorstop...or bookend....and imo serves no useful purpose whatsoever , other than to look pretty on a mantle place..

    As far as age goes...it doesn't really matter, but as a guess I'd think maybe the 1980's or 90's...
