The only thing I can come up with is handblown, footed, napkin holder but I could not find another one like it in any color. Maybe I am using the wrong keywords? Is this older? How about a possible manufacturer? Ty for any help approx 5 3/4" tall x 7" wide

Only 1 view makes it hard to tell, but it may be Fenton silvercrest. Is there a hole from the top part into the bottom. If so, it may be a fan vase.

'ruffled fan footed glass napkin holder' returns a few similar but not identical. Fenton & another the seller thinks is Dugan. The pedestals are not the same.

I seriously doubt it is Fenton. I've never seen Fenton crest items with multicolor glass, nor with a foot like that.

Doh ! I read it as 7 inches wide ! Maybe they were VERY skinny bananas. :)

I'm just going to throw this out there but it reminds me a bit of Kanawha. It wouldn't surprise me if it was one of the West Virginia companies. I'd use it to hold letters until I could get to the post office.
