Help identifying diamond ring

This is another of my grandmother’s rings - her family is from Austria. The ring has no hallmarks. I don’t recognise the style so would be grateful if someone has any thoughts on age.

 

I've taken the liberty of cropping and hi-lighting one image to try to help others with your ring....hoping it helps....I'm not the greatest at judging these things!! A close and sharpest image you can manage usually helps the most.....it appears to be 3 rows of diamonds, am I correct??
