Help identify bugle/hatchet

    I went to a antique store today and found these two items i thought the bugle might be something but not sure about the hatchet but its worth a shot to see if not anything cool at least i have a hatchet.(btw bought both for $49)

    After trying this i couldnt it out since my phone has a wierd update on it. But i found a easier way i just screen shoted my pictures but thanks for the help anyways

    Why would i need a mouth piece case is it prone to like rusting or just for decorative purposes?
