Ok. I'm picking up a military lot from a friend who needs some cash and I can identify most of the things in his photos but what are these?? Any help would be great!
They have a look of stick grenades, but I`ve not seen them with grips. What is the size and composition ? Edit, Is that a wire at the end ? Taser baton
Reminds me of some kind of rifle grenade, not a hand held one. This is an AK47 rifle grenade adapter and cleaning set.
He says they are metal and about a foot long. Unfortunately this is the only pic he has to send me right now
handles seem to be too nicely made for a one time use....possibly flare or smoke section goes on end?
Ok. I finally got them today and they are actually only about 7 inches long and hollow and marked "T 0096". Honestly they look like some kind of machine part but he says they were kept in the guys glass display cabinet with the rest of his military items
It could be part of a gas piston for a gas-operated machine gun, but you’d have to find someone who has disassembled many different weapons to have a chance of identifying which one. Or possibly for a gas-operated rifle.
I was informed that it may be a grenade launcher assembly. Now I just have to try and match it up. I was told possibly SKS but we'll see.
