Dog figurine with FS 65 USA carved on bottom

I have been searching for a few hours now and can not find anything about it. Also are these beagles or dachsund? Any help would be awesome! Thank you ;)

    Basset hound. Dachshunds shouldn't have all the skin folds. Definitely not a beagle.
