    It's similar to Thulin Faiencerie style pottery. There are numerous examples on Google that describe this type of pottery raging from mid-century to art nouveau. Your guess is good as any.

    Yes agree could be Thulin Faiencerie but there were others in Belgium producing similar wares at same time (early 20th century would be my guess).
