Does this asian vase look authentic? any idea on the mark?

    Japanese thing, Kutani-ish, not bad, 20thc but has the neck been cut down or is it OK?

    You see a lot of green glazed stuff with that mark, it's an old Ko-Kutani mark I think, but used a lot later too.

    blooey what sort of reference books do you use for the asian stuff? or just going from experience? I see what you mean about the neck
