    Hi White and Welcome!

    Could you post details like size, photos of the back and bottoms. Hard to tell if they are resin figurines or what from only one small photo. Where did you find them?

    The bottom looks like resin. Pottery or porcelain would have a vent hole.

    It doesn’t have china or made in china, it might be from another company or country

    No reason to believe it's not Chinese. The bulk of resin figures come from there. It probably had a "CHINA" sticker on the bottom that came off. Those stickers don't seem to last very long especially on resin.
