Recognize the mark on this bracelet? Era on this pin? TYVM

I'm thinking the initials on the bracelet say HC? I have not had any luck finding what it stands for. I thought once saw a Hermes mark that looked similar but I cannot locate it again. Maybe just wishful thinking. When I look at the brooch I think I see art deco era What do you think? Thank you for your help

 

Your bracelet certainly isn't HÈRMES. Looks like a David Yurman-inspired piece. (He was the one who popularized the cable motif.) The pin looks 1940s and wasn't an expensive item in its time.
