Unidentifiable "spoon"

    Probably Italian and part of a set that was a souvenir

    It would be helpful to have larger pictures, both front and back, so we can see the details.

    As Bakersgma suggested, it's Italian, similar roughly cast souvenir spoons were made for the majority of the 20th century in silver and brass, which was sometimes lightly silverplated - would guess this one is silver (should be tested), they were often unmarked. The same design cast stem, usually a bit better quality, is found with different finials - gotta say, this one is probably the worst representation of the Apollo Belvedere I've seen - the statue is at the Vatican Palace, but it may have just been a generic 'Italy' souvenir, not exclusive to Vatican City...
