    Most likely 1950s wall decoration for a child's room. Likely had a matching girl -- Little Bo Peep, perhaps. Is there a hook? A photograph would be helpful to confirm dating.

    Debora is right. There were different cute versions of this to decorate a baby or toddlers bedroom with.
