    I got this Fenton lamp at an auction this past Friday & I need some help.

    I know the pattern is Colonial Rose & this lamp was most likely done some time in the mid 1980s because of the style of the brass portion. However I have been unable to find any reference to Milk Glass Colonial Rose being done with a crest.

    Was it done for another company or maybe on a limited basis?

    Thanks for any & all advice or opinions!!! :kiss::kiss::kiss:

    I did look through their catalogs & that is how I determined that the lamp was from the 1980s. Spanish lace was always done both plain & with a crest. I have just not been able to find the Colonial Roses pattern with a crest. :confused::confused::confused:

    Your GWTW rose lamp is shown on page 128 Big Book of Fenton Milk Glass 1940-1985 by Walk. It does have the silver crest. States it was assigned the number 9219 and YOP was 1992. Value when book written $300-$350.

    Even though the book says it covers thru 1985, many of the pieces shown are from the 1990s. My book is the revised 2004 edition, so it was probably updated with some later pieces.

    Thank you so much Charlotte!!! :happy::happy::happy:

    That is not one of the reference books that I own, so I really appreciate you posting all of the particulars.

    Thanks fenton!! :kiss::kiss:

    I have actually sold several of this type of lamp & actually bought a pink buffet style also. They are a bear to pack, but I have been pleased with the results in the past. :happy::happy::happy::happy:
