Featured Is this Bamboo Jade?

    dont know anything about this, Found it in an old jewelery box, at back of my closet, I think it might be bamboo jade, Marked on back, but despite look, bright lights etc, I can read mark, it looks like c in circle, then w, with either letters or numbers after w, the what looks like usa, any help appreciated, thank you all IMG_1178.JPG IMG_1176.jpg IMG_1175.jpg

    The C in a circle is the symbol for Copyright

    That's Swoboda, so yes it's probably jade. The company used semi-precious stones in costume settings.

    Swoboda used nice quality jade, often with a bamboo theme, like this cross.
    Maybe you were thinking of bamboo coral? That is non-precious coral now often used in jewellery because the use of most gem quality coral is no longer allowed.
