Help with ID on Blue on white Charger plate Koi fish

    Happy Sunday,
    Just wondering if this Charger might have some age and value to it
    or yard sale pile. It measures 10 1/2" so calling it a charger.
    Not a real big deal as I only paid a Dollar for it.

    You can buy these in Chinatown, I eat my dinner from them all the time, not worth $39 that the eBay seller sold it for, they are common and have been produced for at least 100 years, that one was a newish one.
