Isenburg is a German village in the Westerwald mountain range in Rhineland-Palatinate (Rheinland-Pfalz).

The signature looks to me (and to my German native spouse) like M. Preller with an accidental 'tail' under the P making it look more like Pyreller. Breller is also a possibility. I can find a couple of artists called Preller, but not with the initial M.

    Adding Bremer as a possibility.

You know... I'm not sure it matters. It's almost never possible to identify the artist of this type of charming souvenir work.
