Anyone know where this is from?

Not Tibetan. Those Buddha faces are Chinese, but I can't tell what the necklace as a whole looks like. The clasp is fairly recent and mostly used on costume jewelry.

Asian jewellery here in the West is rarely Tibetan. It is after all a small country.

Thank you for posting the extra photos.
It looks like a craft project made with beads of different materials and origins. Made anywhere in the Western world, maybe not too far from where you got it.
It bears no relationship with Tibetan jewellery.
