Can you make out what this mark says?

I bought this, ($2) because I couldn't read what it said. I like mysteries. The glaze looks shoddy at the bottom. Does that mean it's new? Is it a whiskey decanter? Can anyone make out what the stamp says? All I can make out is "pottery" with any assurance and I've tried to look at in at all different kinds of angles and in different light to no avail. Whatever you did to my photograph, really brought out the lettering. I can see London now and the "ETH". The link does show some similar glazed items.

It might say Doulton & Watts at the top.

I found this mark on a Doulton Lambeth keg sale. No mention of what the mark says or the age of the keg. It looks very similar. 21622633_2.jpg
