Boading ball???? It doesn't look like a float or a gazing ball to me. Is it hollow or solid?

You know, those Chinese stress balls? Kind of heavy for its size so I guess solid.

Baoding. Does it fit comfortably in the palm of your hand?

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

If you shake it....is there anything inside rattling around????

No, but I think only the metal balls have rattles.

Not sure any are quite as large as this, but I have a bunch stashed away in a stained glass box. They came in more than one size, don't think any of mine have that creasing on the surface, all bought together from a shop that sold New Age-y stuff in the late 1970s. They were just decorative.

Had 3 pair of baoding balls in my Etsy shop. All but one had chimes in them. The broken one was inside rattled. They were about 1.50"-1.75" in diameter. 2 pair were cloisonné and the 3rd pair was steel. That one you have looks too big but it maybe the photo.
