I recently came into possession of Twin Gothic Chairs with Griffins on the backboard.
They seem to be made with walnut. Mostly tongue and groove with nail on securing the seats. The nail holes look to be irregular round holes.
I was hoping anyone could help me identify thelse further.

These are oak. Late 19th to early 20th century.

Thank you for writing back. If you were to give it a style, what would you call them?

Kind of a hodge-podge of styles really. Neo-gothic or maybe just plain late Victorian works
