I recently got a really good deal on this very large beautiful Murano bowl with millefiorni flowers by Yalos Casa. I did as much research as I could through Google to see if I could find it's age, but only a few examples like this were online and didn't have dates. So I went ahead and put it for sale online as late 20th century, because I believe that is accurate. But I was wondering the best way to date Murano pieces.

That's a tricky question about dating for Murano. I think people look to form and style of the piece, what was popular in what decade, that kind of thing to make a determination or best guess. Also quality, weight in the hand, etc. Some pieces are signed or have foil labels, sometimes even the font on a label (not just for glass) can help point to a decade. I do think you are correct that this is late 20th century or later. Very pretty.
