kakiemon cup & saucer

    hi there - I have a small cup & saucer that I feel has some real age, however the cup has a handle..

    I saw no marks on the bottom of the cup, HOW about on the bottom of the saucer??? It's a pretty little set!!

    I need help - I'm using a new computer and nothing is where I expect - I will go back to old laptop and post from there, sorry about that.

    I know about 18thC english porcelain but nothing about japanese and have nothing to compare this to - but going by images alone this seems right for japanese edo period >1700 - EXCEPT and its a BIG BUT the cup has a handle! I'm guessing 19thC... Hopefully an expert will know immediately :)
    Not showing in the pics but the cup has some virtually invisible hairlines inside but they have stained the porcelain a light tan.

    The decoration is all on-glaze and the flowers have gold centres. The cup is 70mm diameter x 43mm tall, saucer 105mm and uneven - hand thrown. fverte-12-60-60.JPG fverte-13-60-60.JPG fverte-10-60-60.JPG

    I don't see kakiemon here, kakiemon is a lot finer and more carefully done. This looks late 19thc. or even later. Nice composition, however the decoration is a bit on the sloppy side suggesting an object made at a price point.
