    Welcome to the Forum, Richard!
There is a word below Corse. What is that word?

Ah, Corsica France. Doubt it's worth much unless it's marked silver.

I think Corse is the French spelling of Corsica? Or maybe means something else?

Being French, the maker's mark is inside the bowl, near the stem - appears to be square or rectangular, indicating it is silverplate rather than solid silver, which would have the maker's mark in a lozenge (diamond) shape, accompanied by a guarantee mark...

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Took the liberty of reducing the size and lightening your images so all could see them better.....hope you don't mind.....it's a very unusual spoon.....!!

EDIT: And just added where I think @DragonflyWink might have suggested the Maker's Mark might be??? I'm not sure I got it right.......

It's not particularly uncommon, a souvenir coffee spoon with a coffee bean, branch and leaf - they can be found in several variations, with various tops or sometimes just with the bean, or even just the leaf bowl, usually in silverplate, but have also seen them in solid silver. French souvenir spoons, which were usually made in just a few different basic forms and didn't really change much over a good portion of the 20th century, seldom sell for much regardless of whether solid or plated, unless they have some feature like an enameled bowl, etc...

Here is one like yours with an Eiffel Tower top (which sometimes seem to sell a bit better) rather than the Corse coat of arms, in original box: https://www.ebay.com/itm/UNUSUAL-BO...115986?hash=item3631958312:g:eq8AAOSwUM5aAvSZ

That great, I have a few other probable souvenir spoons that might be of little or some interest.

I will put them on tonight if you all want a go at identifying them too
