Antique? Deer Hoof Knife Hand Made? Anyone wanna help guess it's age?

    Picked this up cheap had a rustic look to it and ties in well with my man cave decor. I' having trouble dating this knifes age the bolts in it look like old carriage bolts and the blade itself looks like other knives I've seen were they were made from the metal strap of a wagon wheel. But I'm no expert and I'm looking for a second, third, fourth or more opinion. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    A lot of deer-foot knives were commercially made in Germany, but they have a German-style bolster.
    This looks home-made to me, and I'd guess USA...but that is a guess.

    Yes I had seen several in my searches for this one the blades are completely different. I am guessing home made too and from what I've seen the parts I mentioned above were used in making knives back in the day. Hoping someone will come along and maybe able to date it off of the hardware used
