    I'm pretty sure this is a Wood & Sons blank, but I didn't find the pattern on replacements. It may be Ivory Ware, or I may be totally off track.

    I found some on pinterest that the person calls Autumn Hibiscus, by Wood & Sons. It may be a description more than an actual pattern name.
