Final EAPG Celery - Need Help to Determine Pattern

Hi Board Buddies! Does anyone know who produced this EAPG celery vase? It stands just a hair under 7 3/4" tall and has a base diameter of 3 7/8". It has a distinctive stem but I just can't seem to figure out who made it or what pattern it is. This one does has a nice bell tone to it so I'm assuming flint. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Ok That ground band decoration always has me thinking the 1910-20s period.

 

Is it possible that it doesn't 'belong to ' a 'pattern'? but is a one-off piece?
