These two saucers are made in a pearlware like body and transfer printed with a pattern that reminds me of patterns seen on Dutch delft copies of Kraak porcelain.

I found an identical piece on a Lithuanian antiques site but the dealer didn’t know the maker.

The mark is an impressed anchor over AP

    Any ideas.

Those impressed marks in that style, with that glaze suggest southern Germany to me, or Austria. Although the blue and white is a bit Polish.

The mark in the middle in blue is sometimes used on Kangxi porcelain (and reproductions thereof). Can't help with the impressed marks though and the glaze doesn't look Chinese of course, but the fact it is trying to pretend to be Chinese may help in the search...

I followed that lead and have now found identical patterns on plates by Petrus Regout of Maastricht. They date to c1890

Makes sense. He was the only maker using English paste style bodies, the Germans would have used porcelain.
