Name of Artist on Painting?

    I purchased this painting at the thrift store today. It is painted it looks like on some type of hard board or canvas on hard board and measures about 20" x 16".

    I looked all over for what I think the name is "Leitner" but have not found this signature. Does anyone know what the signature says? I think it says "Leitner 47". Thanks!

    I see Leitner 47 as well. The date looks right for the style.
