WHAT THE HECK IS THIS ODD FELLOWS/MASONS MOLD FOR?

    Here is one of the strangest things I've found in a while (and I look for/like unusual things!) - I found this odd fellows? Masons? mold today at a pre estate sale sale. What was this used for? Cookies? :)

    Masonic. It's double sided, so that would rule out cookies, I think, & it does not clamp shut, so not something that had to stay undisturbed for any length of time. And that would be...? Size?

    Size?Is it magnetic,looks like a pewter mold for the insignia.

    Ice cream, says this one. I looked for masonic square compass vintage mold.

    Believe me, in this weather, I do. Vanilla ice cream is very nice in iced coffee.
