could these be danish mcm side tables ?

we just picked these side table up [ one missing glass insert but unsure if it actually came with them?] I would be interested if someone knows a bit about them thought maybe danish greta or tove ? but although close ... graceful bowed side rail and features an open lower shelf and four tapered round legs. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

 

Look like Grete Jalk for Poul Jeppesen, like these. What are measurements? Any markings?

 

That's what I thought but alas no markings
Abt 17.5" at center widest point x 30" length x 20.5" high [shelf is abt 14.5" up]

 

Measurements match up with marked versions. A lot of Danish furniture was not marked. It's my understanding that certain retailers demanded furniture they sold be unmarked.

 

Do you think the glass topper on the one is an after or was it possibly an upgrade?

 

I'm sure the glass tops were added later, and lucky for you since they protected the teak. By the way, the best way to clean and restore these is with teak oil and #0000 steel wool, rubbing with the grain, and wiping the away the dirty oil as you go. 2-3 applications should do it.
