    Brannam perhaps?

It's studio pottery. Best bet is to look for local ones - where was this found?

The signature mark is pretty much a dead ringer for CH Brannam of Barnstaple mark on their early work. Often marked CH Brannam Barum. Usually you don't just get the Brannam on its own. Also the pottery does bear a passing resemblance to theirs but I haven't seen anything like it.

If you search for CH Brannam Pottery you should find examples with the signature to compare. It won't give a firm attribution though due to the discrepancies, but if you can find a CH Brannam catalogue or resource you may be able to prove/disprove.

The clay is all wrong for Brannam as is the style and glaze as well as the unglazed base. it also looks coiled rather than thrown, but that's trickier to tell without holding it.

That bowl is much more typical of some of the slightly fanciful art pottery stuff made in the 60s and 70s.

This is Brannam, not much like:

Studio pottery, contemporary. Agree with OBB, C.H. Brannam never used or probably never heard of or had access to chamotte clay!

Yup, Brannam bodies are typically good red Devon clay. That first example of mine looks to have a white china clay slip on the base possibly.
