Crystal Divided Relish Dish with Silver Overlay - Viking? Flanders?

    Hello Board Folks! I've got a divided relish dish I can't seem to ID. It measures 9 1/4" long, 7" wide, and a little over 1" tall. I thought maybe Viking or New Martinsville but couldn't find it. Well I've been able to find the shape but not with an identifier. When I do find the shape it's advertised as Silver City and usually has the Flanders pattern on it. Does anyone know who made the glass? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
