Age and origin of tea pot, please

This is the first non-English (I think) tea pot that I have ever purchased, LOL. What I found interesting is the bits that are incised deep enough so when you look at the inside of the pot you can see light through the porcelain and it makes a pretty pattern. It’s approximately 5 3/4” tall to the top of the finial.
Any idea of its age and origin?

 

I think thats called rice grain porcelain. I find the way the design abruptly ends rather odd.I think its newish,but Im no expert.
