Featured Ralph Lauren Cocktail Shaker - Ever seen this one? What is it?

    I found this today at a local thrift store. I googled Ralph Lauren cocktail mixer images and saw some unusual one - even an artillery shell - but not this one!
    Has anyone seen it before?
    What is it suppose to be - I thought megaphone?
