That is very well picked out, the only character I could get was Hua.

Since as blanc-de-chine is also know as Dehua porcelain, the fact it says 'Dehua' on the item isn't a good sign in terms of dating.

Have you tried searching google like this? Maybe you can find a match, I only looked at a couple.

I never have any success taking rubbings, and I am thinking that where there are impressions, a bit of contrast coloured plasticine smoothed into it might be the answer. Has anybody here tried that?

 

Sometimes rubbing cinnamon into the mark makes it clearer and, it washes out easily with just water.
