Anyone know period of lights?

Personally Id lose the crystal ball thingies,and I agree with others that its Art Deco.They are wonderful.

 

The balls are fine, and certainly original.

I've just realised what these remind me of, and where I've seen that glass shade style. Foyer lamps in theatres and cinemas. Makes me wonder if someone salvaged them.

 

That wouldn't surprise me. It's what people did, especially if the theater was torn down or redecorated during the Depression. Someone came along as they were refitting the interior and asked for the old lamp.
