Oil lamp making me crazy

I have this oil lamp. I cannot for the life of me identify the maker. I have pictures of the top which dates the patent at 1883 (newest) but I have not been able to find any lamp that even comes close to looking like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Your lamp was made by Riverside Glass Co. Or possibly by Riverside when they were part of the National Combine. I do not believe that it was part of a table pattern, or had a name. Thuro may have given it a name, if it is in one of her books. Too late check tonight. Will try to look in the morning.

 

PS It is pictured in a National catalogue reprint.

 

PSS the factory # was 406. Same number used for all sizes. I recall about 6 sizes, including finger lamps. Good night

A copy of the catalogue page is in the Riverside book. If you don't have that you will not find it. I looked thru Thuro's books and did not see it referenced. Of course, I may have missed it.
