Thought this was going to be an easy research. Read the dudes name - quick google search and bob's your uncle there are others like it. Nope. Best I could do was "R.T. Enbero" for the first bit and the second had me stumped. This is fully glazed as well so the wear pattern / age estimate is off also. Does anyone know this dude and can anybody decipher the text please?
Note - same pattern both sides.

This looks a good match to your medallion and has some good info including the maker of their jug/costrel of Count Ulrich von Württemberg for dating purposes etc. Don't know if they made yours.

    part of the article:
The find from Zülpich-Lüssem is a flat jug that was manufactured in 1880 by the Reinhold Hanke company in Höhr-Grenzhausen in the Westerwald. The 500th anniversary of the death of Count Ulrich von Württemberg, shown on the jug, who died in the Battle of Döffingen, was in 1888. Ulrich led the vanguard of the sovereign's army, which went into battle against the free imperial cities here. The vanguard was wiped out and Ulrich fell. After the arrival of the main army led by his father, Württemberg was able to win the battle. The honor of Count Ulrich in the 500th year of his death will have been the reason for the depiction on the flat jug of the Reinhold Hanke company.

There are some catalog entries on this site, of other objects by Hanke showing the same medallion on different vessels though not yours. On this site they simply refer to the figure as The central medallion depicts a charging knight on horseback bearing the royal family arms (three stag antlers) of the Duchy of Wirtenberg (Württemberg after the late 16th century).
