Small 3 section dish. Stands 2 1/4" tall and 6" across. Divided in 3 like a peace sign. Unmarked but the blob type ends reminds me of Steuben.

I had a very similar item that I thought was eastern European, but never knew for sure.

    *******

I tentatively ID'd mine as Sklo: Czechoslovakian art glass from Mstisov in their Rhapsody line designed by Frantisek Zemek

IIRC your piece may be Czech - Frantisek Zemek, Rhapsody Line for Mstisov Glassworks

Is your post before or after my edit? My info came from my listing notes, but I don't know if I found it online or got it from someone else (maybe even you). I did ask about it on the eBay boards, who knows how many years ago.

Question is: does it apply to OP's piece?

I am pretty sure it was posted before your edit. And I don't believe the OP's piece is Rhapsody.

I looked through Madigan's book on Steuben and didn't see your piece.

WOW , I have the same one and have been working overtime in trying to ID it !! I too have been told it's Czech glass just as you have . Unfortunately it won't let me post a photo from my phone it says file too large but if you get a positive ID please share it & I'll do the same .
