I found this lovely lady in a thrift store and I'm not able to find anything about her. She seems to be of high quality. There is a signature on the back but I'm unable to read it all the way.
She measures a little over 10" tall
She has green felt on the bottom
    Any help would be great.
Thank you! Small lady down load 1.jpg Small lady down load 2.jpg Small lady down load 3.jpg Small lady down load 4a.jpg Small lady down load 6.jpg

The signature says "By" followed by what I presume is a name.

LuAnn? What does the bottom look like (under the felt)?

She's not going to be terribly old. 1970s-1980s, I would think.

I think it's just Ann with an expansive 'A'.

I pulled it back and it a hollow, possible ceramic. There are no other marking on the bottom
