    Hello fellow antiquers! Came across this bistro sized table today and was wondering if anyone could help provide any information on it? No obvious markings. Thank you in advance!

    I'd guess it draws it's inspiration from a curule seat - roman furniture. That was a folding seat, but it could be where the double-curved leg comes from. The form was revived in the Empire period. This is maybe a reinterpretation of the revival of the revival, etc. etc. etc.
