All it says is Superior on the handles and 13T on the bottom. Just looking for some info and a value. Thanks.

    Hi, Mrdhavn, and welcome!

Well, I'm no dairy farmer, but maybe a bit more info will help someone else who knows more about these things than I do...

    Just a couple of questions:
    1) Are you in the US?
    2) Since I don't know if the 13T designates a "size" per se, how big is this can? Do you know how much it holds?
    3) To me, it appears to be stainless steel. Is it? (If I remember correctly, stainless milk cans were not commonly used in the US before the end of WWII.)

Perhaps others will have more questions, but I'm sure someone here will help you find the info you need!

It might be aluminium. Or possibly nickel-plated brass (that was a very common thing in the old days). Stainless steel is a relatively recent invention. I don't think things were commercially made of stainless until after - well after - WWII.

Thanks for the replies. Yes I'm in the US. Found this in VA. It measures about 19" tall and 10.5" diameter. It is magnetic.
