Goat skin paintings on twig stretchers help

    He everyone. I was hoping to get some help with these 2 pieces. The one with the tent made me think Mongolian? They're painted on animal skin, goat maybe?The twig frames measure about 8" x 11". The signatures are very similar but spelled differently. Thanks for any help at all.
