    I am seeking information on this table lamp, maker, model, style, etc.

    Here are the photos you requested plus, I tried the product lookup code to no avail. There are no marks on the underside of the base unless they are under the black weight.
    The plug is a polarized one and I believe the lamp was made in France based upon the wire label.

    Looks not too old to my eye. I would say 1980s. I really don't know what style this would fall into other than "modern."

    Finding the maker would be near impossible as they cranked these types of lamps out.

    I agree that neigh impossible to identify manufacturer. Probably sold at Home Goods or such as unbranded item. Think a bit later than 1980s because of that beadwork which wasn't around then but ubiquitous a couple decades later.

    I would think it's made for the Canada/US market, and the French is there for that reason (Canada). France would be a different plug and voltage.

    The lamp was bought in 1983 or 1984, but cannot remember where.
